Sorry about this but I'm getting nowhere with Digitalriver, I have mailed them twice! tried to get my password via their page (for that),(which just tells me to go to that same page). I just do not know what else I can do now. I have had absolutely no response from them. I mailed to: Atlantic UK Emerald at ... atlanticpaypalukSARCcs@digitalriver.com ... enclosing a copy of my invoice NO result whatsoever!!
And why my username or password isn't recognised by the members login page either! Perhaps you can help with that at least!! I had to change my username and password for my BT account but that shouldn't affect the members page as the server has stayed the same.

I am still getting mails from all my usual friends etc, so what is happening I can't even hazard a guess. Please, Please, help with this. No one else is and I've spent £49.00 for nothing at the moment
