Does anyone have a folder of face masks for the game, with the mask as a layer and the background as a layer. Im trying to add some more colors of face masking by colorizing some ofthe current ones. But the magenta background is a pain.

nmleague, can you work with psd files? I can put a folder of masks together for you, with mask and background as layers, just might take a couple hours.

I probably can, Im using Paint Shop Pro X.  I was hoping someone already had it done, I seem remember someone having something like this last fall.  But I would aprreciate it if you can do it.

Ok, I have a folder of white masks as top layer and pink as second layer......putting them on FBMAX now

Look for Facemasks.zip in the unsorted files

I use Paint Shop Pro 9, although I have 10.

The file is there now, about 400K or so

Great Gary thanks!  I will use that.  After posting above I went to FBmax and found a neongreen facemask and remembered how I had used that before with magic wand to raise a layer with just the facemask.  But thanks again this will save a bunch of time.
 
Oh by the way if anyone has a face mask color they would like post it here and I will make it, working on a gold one now.

Got it Gary, it was just what I was looking for, thanks again.  Im setting up 3 leagues and need to get the facemasks matched up.

Just finnished a set of gold masks and dark brown masks, not sure what two more colors I will do.

You could try some odd colors, like the purple/Champagne like color from the Michigan Panthers. Not sure what they called it.

Gold and Brown were definately needed.

He makes 3D helmets. Has a bunch from real leagues, may be some good color ideas there

Looks like a bright yellow will be the next one, more like the yellow on the Michigan helmet.

Bright Yellow is also done, will probably try to do one more and then load them to FBmax.

I have one more of my fictional leagues to create and get the uniforms set for, so will see which needs a new mask color.

I also uploaded a facemask template that I made awhile ago. I did not think there was a need for them so I never posted them. This version is for PSP9 and above. I put the clips (snaps) on a separate layer. I don't want to steal garysorrell's thunder (even with his short attention span, LOL). I just want to provide a PSP version. If anybody needs a PSP7 version let me know.

Now you tell me, I went through and dulplicated the mask layer and then erased the mask and left the clips for a clip layer,[;)]. Oh well Im going to download your template, as usual as I was making the new colored masks I once in a while hit save instead of save as and have over written about 2 of the layered masks that I had[8|].  After looking at the teams/unforms for the new league Im setting up, I have found probably 2 more colors to do.

Just finnished a set of light purple and light aqua masks and I think that will do it. Is anyone interested in these, if so I can upload a zip of them to FBmax?  The colors are:

Brown
Gold
Light/bright yellow
Light Purple
Light Aqua

Absolutely, post'em.

Just uploaded the file to FBmax, they are now in the unsorted area with the file name "5 new masks".  Sorry it is a winRAR file, after downloading Bassmans file, which was a RAR file, I download a trial version of RAR and it replaced winzip as my compression application.
 
I may add some more colors as I set up my college league, in the meantime since I have things set up to do this pretty quick, does anyone have a color they would like done.
 
By the way these masks look good with "normal" player detail, they seem to not work that great with the enhanced detail, buy then again the ones that come with the game are very dark with both detail settings.
