I have no prob from what I have had with Hun, Rum, Bul..
I have a question about the Russian annexing part of Karelia .. Obviously this happens by events ... same time as every game if Russia has not been attacked .. [&:]
Factors that influence this ..??

Italy ... or any other country that joins another side ... especially a major ..
The game should have Italy join at the start of the Axis turn ... Otherwise the Allied fleet sails to med .. and attacks Italian fleet with little or no damage .... bottled up also ..[:-]
Why should Italy join at the start of the Allied turn and be wide open .... To say the least if an Allied fleet is beside Rome landing troops ...[X(]

UK troops in Africa also have no problem setting up to trash the Italian forces around Tobruk ..
I think they should be able to accomplish this in a few turns .. Just seems very unlikely and unbalanced that it happens immediately .. 1st Allied turn .. Armor and Mot Corps rocks into Libya ...
Italy has no say when they join .. and being locked into June 7 1940 .. as part of the game .. means they are allready a detriment to Axis cause ...!!
