PBEM opponent

Hello,
I'm looking for a PBEM opponent (preferably a European player to be able to exchange more than one turn a day if possible...), I will play indiferently Allies or Axis, with FOW and Oil option.
I'm just discovering the game, and only have play a campaign as Axis.

PS: I will also like to try TCP-IP game but it might be more complicated to find a slot [;)]
