What version of Age Of Sail is this.

Unless I am being stupid I cannot see anywhere clear clarification from Matrix what version of Age of Sail this is going to be. Age of Sail, Age Of Sail II or the updated Age Of Sail II Privateer's Bounty.
I sincerely hope that it will be Age Of Sail II with the 3D environment that that version comprised.
Please confirm.
