Camps/Reinforcing

I am having trouble building camps in my cities. When i go to the City/building screen, it gives me no option to build a camp. [:(]. I have tried turning the difficulty to Advanced but it still doesnt work. I have the option to build an academy, medical college etc. BUT NO CAMP. [:@] Suggestions are appreciated [;)]

Do you mean that it doesn't appear on the list at all, or does it appear but greyed out?

Might be obvious but migth as well throw it in. U had the resources to build a camp?
yes i know it would be odd if u never had that.
50 money, 20 labor and 40 horses IIRC.

You're playing both an "advanced" game AND with "Advanced Buildings" turned on? What are the exact options/settings you've chosen?
EDIT: To explain what I mean, it might be that if you're playing the "Advanced" game but don't have "Advanced Buildings" toggled on, you can't build camps. I don't remember, and can't consult the manual at the moment.

Glad we solved this. And that there wasn't a bug.
