3D Analyzer help

This thread should be attached to the problem addressed in the thread below labeled "Serail number error. PLEASE HELP!!!!" I got the same problem as they did, but when I used the program, the menu was non-responsive. Now I know what you are going to say... "We don't support 3rd party software." That's fine, support your own software and give me a fix that will allow me to play the game that I've been trying to run for a month without using the 3D Analyzer. I don't know how many emails I've sent without a single response, except from 1 tech, and he could only point me to 1 thread.
Right now, I am totally frustrated with probably a game that I am DYING to play, but can't, because there isn't a single person at Matrix Games that appears to be able to get their own game going for those of us that get the "shaders" error. I love turn-based games, but how am I supposed to buy anything from you guys after this and feel safe with my purchase?
Just to shoot down your most common fixes...yes, I have the most current Direct X drivers and no, I do not have a corrupt download. If I did, where would I have to go to redownload it? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program 5 times without a change in how it reacts. If you guys have any other ideas, please...let me have them and I'll give them a try. I'd rather not have to start the program using 3d Analyzer anyways.
