Same as Ken7 here for me.
No sign of the game, and I ordered it on the first day.
It is from Matrix Games EU, order 1631318620.
I live in France.

I already had problems with the War in the Pacific game, for which I never received a hardcopy, and only received a backup copy when I asked for my hardcopy... [:(].

The EU orders should ship next week. It always takes a little bit longer for them then the US orders. Sorry.

Hi Marc. I ordered it from Canada.

Back ordered issues notwithstanding, keep in mind that Canada Customs is notoriously unreliable. Sometimes packages may get through in a reasonable time frame, though it really is a crapshoot with them. I swear a package could make it through twelve different countries around the world (a couple of times), within the same time frame which a single package neglectfully awaits attention at Canada Customs.

Having ordered nearly the first day it was available for Europe, I'm quite disapointed to hear that I'm waiting for the hardcopy because it is backordered. I would have thought that the first orders would be processed first.

This (shipping orders) is not the thing that Matrix does the best, and there is real room for improvement.

After whining yesterday about not receiving my CAW hard copy, it arrived today. Now Im just waiting for my CEAW hard copy. I figure it should be here sometime soon. I will let you all know when it arrives. Canada customs sometimes is very slow. I worked for the fed.gvt. for over 30 years and I dealt with customs MANY times. Anyhow CAW is here now and Im finally reading the manual. The manual is rather colourful. [:)]

First orders are processed first. "Backordered" means they seem not be in stock yet in the EU warehouse.

We do not do the shipping ourselves. It is our fullfillment agency Digital River that handles this. There is room for improvement, I agree. Actually we are fighting over improvements with them for years [;)]

OK, understood.
Indeed, I received yesterday an email telling me that the game was shipped. I'm waiting for it now.

I finally got my hardcopy.
I was disappointed that the box was damaged, Digital River really needs to improve.

Thanks to Matrix Games for letting SSG do their programming / designing work, and for publishing it.
