Extraction Failure

Hi,
after purchasing COI I downloaded the Zip-File.
When I wanted to extract it, it says unknown file type or mabye file corrupted.
Ok, because I have a rather slow connection, I went to a friend with a fast connection.
Downloaded again... ok, now it unpacks. YEAAH.
Burned it on DVD (once as ZIP and once the exe-file) and went back home.
There I tried to install the setup-file straight from DVD.. It starts and puts the first files on my computer. Ok, I am getting a smile on a face.. then it stops... crc-failure. File corrupted.. ok.. and I loose the smile... pushed Ignore and another file is corrupted. Ok.. once more Ignore.
Then my computer shuts down. [&:]

Hm.. ok, I tried then to move the .zip-Version from the DVD to my computer to unpack it from there... Nope, it stops sowmewhere and says file corrupted? CRC-failure.
Woah.. never had this before.
I am right now at work. I red somewhere that it might be because my .tmp files are messed up.
Or is the download-file itself damaged?
Any Idea???
