Anyone know if they are going to incorprate dod3 into the game?

DODIII is not being implemented in the first release of MWiF. Assuming the game does well enough, sales-wise, it should see inclusion (probably along with Patton in Flames, Politics in Flames, and America in Flames) in future releases.
