Convoy loading

I have 1.804 with Nikmod. Playing scen 15. When convoys are loading supplies, fuel etc.. only about 1 in 4 convoys leave port fully loaded. I know it's not a base supply issue because it happens all the time out of San Fran. Is this by design, or a bug? Thanks.

1.806 is current, but it is still a problem and being looked at.

The problem is mostly cured in 1.806, but there are some residual problems.

The problem is mostly cured in 1.806, but there are some residual problems.
I have yet to run into it in 1.806. Life is good.

Initially after patching to 1.806 everything was honky dorry, but the last few turns it started happening to me again.
Whats really getting me
right now is the disappearing aircraft bug! At first it was just messing with my US air units but now its also messing with my Chinese AF units as well. I just lost eight I-16Cs that were under repair at Homan!
PLEASE, SOMEONE TELL ME THIS BUG WILL BE FIXED SOON!!!!!!!!!!

Its 2nd on the list. But the only time I have seen it is when you split an air group and planes leak out of the fragment. If you have another occurance, send the saves to Bob (rtrapasso).

i have saves - i have not been able to replicate the bug.

Yeah, I know. Hard to get them to do it on command.
