-My opponent can choose side. No house rules expect that sub invasions are forbidden. Setttings: PDU on, Sub doctrine OFF for both sides, damage control on, one day turns.

I'm on quarter break and only have 1 PBEM going at the moment. I'd prefer US since my other PBEM is Guad mod with JoeW and i'm the good guys. (The glorious Imperial Navy which recently reclaimed their territory on Lunga and Tulagi thx to my brilliant generalship)

prefer two day turns but can negotiate.

house rules would like:

no sub invasions
no fighter sweep missions.

That´s ok with me, but given the scale of the scenario, I would rather play with one day turns. It will be finished in 6 months, no need to speed up.

Joe and i just prefer two days because it takes away from our micro-management abilities and speeds things up (our average exchange rate is one to two turns a day)

we've gotten to late Nov42 in about two month's worth of playing counting several small interuptions in turn exchanges (so about four months play time in two months real time)

make sure you have the latest version....it has no Air HQ's.
