shouldnt scapa flow be a bit up north ? and to the east as an island?
dunno probably some minor cosmetic change

From looking at the screenshots, the map doesn't go that far north, so Frank had to squeeze it in I imagine. Same thing with India; I believe it is located in a hex close to Basra, Iraq.
