I already have the original 3 and wondered if there are any REAL improvements or will I be buying the same games again?

as we are starting to witness, progressive bug fixes are now being applied to the Matrix version of the game that fixes issues that were present in the original games and never fixed.

Apart from the other additions, I think this by itself is worth price of admission.
