Do anyone see the announcment? Does this improve the Med AI?

Nope ... here from Slithrine forum"
"It's and issue where the game hangs around 1942. I don't know the details, but it's a combination of actions who can trigger such a bug and you can't get out of it and continue the game unless you add the hotfix. The hotfix only changes 2 files and won't change the save games so they're incompatible with v1.02."
Bug only happens vs the AI no vs another human we are told.
