I've just had a crash to desktop.

I was in the game. I had finished my deployment phase and clicked on the Save Setup button, clicked on the New Folder button on the dialog and I got dumped to desktop.

I've since been in and went through the same steps again (apart from exactly where I put my troops...can't remember) and I went to save the setup, clicked on the New Folder button and it came up with New Folder(2), meaning it had created a new folder before it crashed.

However, this time I was able to save my setup.

I've also had a CTD once, early on in a 1914 campaign game.

Did you have any background tasks running?

I've found GoA is very intolerant of background programs, especially anti-virus software.

I've been switching off my internet DSL router and ending Norton Anti-Virus, Zone Alarm Pro and Pest Patrol. No crashes since then...
