Game Crashes going into Missions

Hello,
Attached is the text file the software keeps telling me. When I looked at the file it says it cant find a file location. When I check the game directory I see the file is in there. I have uninstalled all my antivirus and firewall software. Un-installed and reinstalled the game with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Curious how this game is.
