Game crash-"Device already open"

Hi Frank, experiencing a game crash with the above error message. Happened after CP impulse resolution Jan 1914-15,during the replay phase...on the turn I took Paris (perhaps some French programmer got into the code)!! Any suggestions? Thanks Daniel
