This is going to sound very bad but what country is SE of Serb fighting, I believe it borders Russia,and Austria. Please forgive my lack of geography [&:]

Romania - Austria to the Nth, Russia east & Bulgaria south. 

Joins the TE in 1916 - got over-run by Feb 1917 when it did so - see http://www.firstworldwar.com/maps/easternfront.htm - look for the maps of the Romanian campaign towards the bottom of the page.

It is amazing how well Rumania came out at the end of the war, considering how much she contributed. The Russians were actually not at all happy that she joined the war, since they knew that they would have to try to prop her up.
