Well, at work here we have an app called "Snag it" that allows you to use the "Print Screen" key to take a screen dump and save it to file.

I'm sure there are lots and lots of others out there.

There is also a thread in the open discussion forum on this topic, with a link to a freeware site that has these types of programs. Go on over and have a look.
