Registering at Matrix

To the Admin,
Purchased CS couple weeks ago, and tried to register under the name of JoMc67 and email
irishwop67@aol.com and received a confirmation email so I can use the Forums, etc. I have since lost that email and cant finalize registration. I had to re-register under a different username and email address just so I can write to you now.
What I need now is for you to resend the confirmation email again to
irishwop67@aol.com with JoMc67 as the username. Either that or take me out of the system alltogeter so I can start over from the beginning.
I have email Matrix about this a couple times already but no response yet.
Any info would be apprecitated.

Thanx Jason,
If worst comes to worst I will just have to use this current username JoJoMc67 if Admin is unable to respond or fix.

Here's a trick for ya.
Find your confirmation e-mail for "JoJoMc67"....click the link and look at the URL in your address bar. There should be a field that says "JoJoMc67".
Change that to your original screenname and you should get a new confirmation e-mail for your original user name.
If you've deleted the e-mail, just create some random new user name and use that link instead...

On a off related subject Im having problems logging in or viewing the Forums. It seems everytime I try to log in I get a blank page or an error that says " This page cannot be displayed ". This seems to happen about 9 out of 10 times. Then when I finally do get successful in logging in I would have the same problem when trying to view the Forums. I am not computer savvy per say so any info would be appreciated. I have Win XP on both my on both my desktop and laptop.
