I recently reinstalled starshatter TGS on my computer after replacing my motherboard. All the single player missions work except for the "matter of focus" mission. It gives me an Error message that the Iron brotherhood ship designs are unknown. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times now. It seems to be working except for on that one mission.
The Iron brotherhood ships show up on the data base and the "execution is everything" mission but not on this on mission.
