Patch v1.64

Where can I get the Patch v1.64???? It was suppose to have come out on Aug 5 but I only see the v1.64
patch.
Never mind!!!! I found it. I know its a BETA but I'm going to
install to see if it helps with my Starting Pitcher Problem.
Patch 1.63 helped with the fireworks and sound I had even though
it didn't mention this in the release notes.
