I just started a 1987 replay using the Detroit Tigers. I went to sim a month of games on Opening Day and I received an error.

Assertion Failed: CAutoPlayer::simOneGame error in CAutoPlayer::simOneGame - Invalid procedure call or argument

If I hit OK, Puresim quits.

Anyone else see this error?

I, too had received the same code as well ... tried it in three different leagues - the results remained the same -- remember... it's a beta ... help is on the way from Coach Shaun ...

Oh, crap. I played through a managed game and had no problems. So, this apparently only affects simmed games?

You guys also saw the pop-up announcing that your associations were being automatically upgraded to 1.65 upon game load, right?

I have finished 1912 April by simming a week at a time without incident, so far !?!

It will Sim one game at a time now, but not more than one !!

It seems to work fine if I sim one game at a time, but that's not really my thing. I like to sim a week at a time and then take a look at how things are going before making some changes and repeating the process. I'm sure it's just a simple bug that will be corrected in time. Glad to see that other people are experiencing it though. I uninstalled Puresim and re-installed it and I'm still getting the error, if that means anything.

I am the same. I like to figure out when the newsletter updates and sim each week to that .

Hey guys, so if I start an association for say 1987 and then just start simming a week or so of games should I see it?

mine took about a month of a week at a time. now not even one game works (same error as above)

I just simmed a month and am not able to get the error. Any details on your association configuration would be appreciated.

Actually this is, in a weird way, a good thing. I am going to remove PSB from this pc when mine arrives this week, so if I can get the bugs out the new one will be good to go !

I made some roster changes after spring training - no trades or anything, just moving some players around in the order and the rotation. 162 game schedule, ratings change throughout the season, AL DH only... Anything else that might help?

For what its worth, running XP on my laptop, have upgraded to v1.65 Beta, it asked me to upgrade the association which I did, and have played a game, autoplayed a game, autosimmed a day, and autosimmed a week and all is fine.... closed the game down, went back in and reloaded and have again autosimmed a week, then another one week and again no problems. ( Standard MLB association, 30 teams, 2 leagues, 2006 "replay" style and up to mid August in both leagues, ratings change END of Season - THIS is different to WaleWander's setup !?) So far no signs of any probs on my set up with the Beta.

Can you send me your association? I ran over 200 seasons last night on 3 computers without any errors, so obviously I am missing something in my test!

Would you mind sending me the association? After simming thousands of games without error I need to see exactly what is going on. One last thought -- are you using any player usage settings (lock in lineup, lock on roster etc...)

I have the same problem and my association is different than Walewander. I cant run 1 game now
