Same question, same name, different game..... [:)]

I will be shifting operating cisterns in the near future i.e. to Vista, recieving new machine. Has anyone run ANW on Vista, will MG be doing something in this regard? I have noticed in the (larger) stores that all XP material has been removed from the shelves and got head shakes from the staff when enquired......

Correct Dale, no issues on Vista for me (my ANW server runs on Vista, as does the machine I use to play the game).  The only thing you don't want to do is install into the Program Files directory, use the default install location and life is grand (Program Files limits permissions a bit much for ANW to work correctly).

I am playing the game on Vista and am running only into one problem when I load the game the first time it will stall I then exit out of the game and re-load and then it seems to work fine and with no problems. Pretty weird but that is the only issue for me so far and I have been running it for 1 month now.

Thanks Tony will bare that in mind, I generally stick with default settings as far as intallation is concerned.  Vista is coming due to a new purchase not necessarily by choice [:)]  ....I can be a bit of a ludite when it comes to OS's, time to get with it!

Thanks Dale and 1971mv for your input
