I need my serial number

I didn't receive any email that I requested for my game, why? I registered the game already, by the way,I want to change my email address, but I also didn't receive the change confirm email[X(] how can I get the number back? thanks

your serial number for Captain Crunch is 1596
your serial number for Frosty Flakes is 2229

www.findmyorder.com to retrieve your order history and serial numbers, download links, etc.
