Glover returns from the grave!

Playing as the AME in the 1775 scenario, John Glover was "killed' by the Brit AI during its seige of Newport, RI. But later the Marblehead Marines "reappeared," and so did Glover's unit w/his portrait.
If Glover "dies" in battle, then either another icon is needed for these Marines, or better, they simply stay out of the game.
