How do you use more than 255 encyclopedia text entries? OOB Editor will only accept 1-255 in the Text entry box. That isn't enough to cover Germany, Russia, U.S., U.K., Italy, and France. Also does anyone have good info for all the aircraft included?

255 is a regular programming limit for things. 2^10 = 256. 0 to 155 is 256 numbers but 0 doesn't work too well for some things. So programers are limited to 255 entries unless the allocate a lot more space.

OK, maybe just a bit faded.

Sorry its 2^8 = 256. 8 bits ( 1 or 0)is the standard size of a byte and a memory register so there are only 256 things that the byte can hold (or point to really).

Aircraft Data...
I did the air ratings and units for the Europa boardgame "Second Front" while I was working for GR/D several years ago. I also designed the air system and air-unit ratings for "Decade of War" (not yet released) by Pacifica Games.
I can answer your air-unit questions.
