I see a lot of reference about the sound in the game. I have music at the very start of the game but then it stops. Is there suppose to be music through out the game or just the begining?? What other sound problems are there??

if the game isn't freezing during the Victory phase of the January turns then you aren't getting the "other" sound problem.  The patch tries to avoid this issue by catching the problem before it pops up but if that fails there's also the option of turning off sound or running a no-sound version.

As for the music, its on my todo list. 

Both problems stem from issues with the sound library and to replace that I have to do an update oif other tools which is on the agenda but after this patch.
