German Ammo: Pet Peeves

Just some stoffe...
20mm HE Brandgranate : used in many AFV including PanzerII, 250/9, armored cars and AA guns. The Germans went for the high HE content thin walled ammo. Very effective at suppression especially when shooting at ATG, bunkers, etc. also used by air force and navy. Devastating when fired from quad mount 20mm.
50mmL42 tungsten: produced in very large numbers. More so than 50mmL60 or any 75mm or 88mm gun. Gave extra life to these tanks which hung around in 1943.
