Redown load

I reformated my computer and lost all my files.I'm trying to redown load
and not having any luck.I find the autamated support massages less than helpfull.Is there anyway I can talk to a real person?

If you registered your game you can access it via the Members Club, which will have your serial number handy.
If not, try
www.findmyorder.com.
