Now, about COI release, i think is is a great opportunity to restart and the guys from MATRIX could finish the hard job

I did the BMW moto... with MG and the faster vehicle on CC3... excellent for recon operations.. i tested and worked very very well! I can send all stuff for MATRIX or CSO to do a huge update about our loved CC3... Im a CC3 fan, just that.. and i wanna make it better
