The game I just started is very odd. I chose the Entente in 1914. I planed a direct Russian attack directed at Berlin with all forces, also attacking East-Prussia and just keeping a few units at the Austrian Boarder. Also I moved all British troops to Antwerpen once the CP attacked.

The AI played a 200% Schliefen, there was absolutely NO defense of East Prussia, or Germany at all. The only resistance came when I arrived at Berlin, but couldn't stop the Russians. I had like 5 looses in the east while I conquered Königsberg, Danzig, Breslau, Posen and Berlin. I am on my way to Hamburg. There was barely any action at the Austrian Boarder. I almost conquered the Galician cities when the AI moved the Austrian troops to Germany after my attack, but I had all remaining HQ points in Germany and none in Austria...

At the same time the Serbs conquered Sarajewo and Ragusa..what's with the Habsburg monarchy?

In the West the BEF moved to Antwerpen once war was declared, including the Egyptian Garrison! So I counterattacked at the left German wing. The Germans had some success in the middle of the front and in the south, but I could stop them and even drive them back when the first reserves arrived at the front.

Ok so I conquered Berlin, the Serbs punished Austria and the Germans missed all strategical aims in the west, and all that in 3 turns....

But what do I get?

A MARGINAL ENTENTE VICTORY

Sure but what kind of maths is behind this? I conquered a dozen enemy cities and my losses aren't as high as his, at the west the armys neutralize each other and the Russian Juggernaut is crushing the Germans. Austria, not under attack from the Russians can't even stop Serbia from invading!

Continue the game and you will get a decisive victory within a year.

Look at 24.0 in the manual.

Your score is based on current morale for your countries (probably total loss) + Cities taken/lost + conquered countries.

My enemy has conquered exactly 4 hexes (1 Luxemburg, 1 Belgium, 2 France), no enemy soldier has entered Russia or Serbia and my troops are celebrating at the Brandenburger Tor....

Still I have no idea how I get one point only.

Obviously needs some fixing ...

2 turns later German morale is down to 0, but they keep fighting. So now the Allied offensive on the Western Front is not allowed to stop, no matter how high casualties are. Oh and the CP at last started some attacks, they retook Sarajewo and Ragusa and also conquered Belgrade. But at the same time Russia got Lemberg and Prezmysl. British troops have seized Wilhelmshafen. 

the ONLY way you can get a decisive victory is to KO the other side.

At 0 morale Germany should surrender next turn (not impulse)

Finally in October 1915 Germany surrenders after British forces have crossed the Rhine and are now celebrating in the Kölner Dom. Due to lack of HQ's the Russians were in the suburbs of Leipzig, Dresden, Magdeburg and Hannover and would have gotten all those the next turn.
