Loading saved games bug

If you load a saved game and play one side (eg CP) , and then load another game you played the other side (WA) you are still looking at the screen as if you were still the CP player.
I picked the wrong savegame and when I noticed I loaded the game I wanted to continue and I noticed that I was able to see all CP units and could see, act as if I was the CP player, although I was the Entente player during this game. When I clicked the continue button the game reported an access violation error.
I can reproduce this bug, it also works the other way round Entente and CP wise.
