Tank companies in EOS and AIO (setting)

Japanese independent tank companies should be set NOT to accept replacements in EOS or AIO in RHS Level 7.
Several have an invalid pointer and they will grow to division size - eating inordinate amounts of supplies, HI points and vehicle production - and having entirely too much combat power. Tjese settings should make a game in progress acceptable. These are small units that IRL tended to wither - so doing so is not that unrealistic - and it is a lot better than growing 100 times larger.

There is also a problem with Akagi - which should NOT be set to upgrade - or she will lose her heavy AAA guns.

These problems - and some trivial eratta - will be addressed in a technical update. However, someone has some possible eratta to check out - and I will wait a bit to see if that is forthcoming?

The two problems above are sufficiently irritating I don't want Level 6 to end containing them - so Level 6 WILL be updated this time as well.

I added a LCM group at Manila, and a missing LST (EDIT 10 missing LST) for the USN. Otherwise I found three other trivial eratta and fixed them.

EDIT: HMS Warspite also should be set not to upgrade for games running prior to x.61 technical update.

In all scenarios except AIO (which has no interior river systems or waterways) Ulan Bator and Irkutsk have been converted from airfields to ports. These have no function per se - no naval units have been assigned to either - but landing craft or even PT boats could be created in them. If we are able to actually identify naval units, these might be added some day. There might be armored river gunboats or landing craft, in particular.

Three reported issues were all needing correction: M3 Scout cars upgrade to T-34s, Warspite upgrade had problems with primary and secondary mounts, and Renown had a 16 inch rear turret. All fixed for the technical update.

Cid there are more errors especially in the ships section i found a lot more errors last time i edited eos 4 months ago, and are still present aio from that date. unfortunately i have not made a list. If u give me some time i can compile it for u. Most of the errors are ship classes having the wrong upgrades or wrong data in their upgrades.
