Playing PBEM i suddenly realized supply for Russia had hit rock bottom. Sure supply in Russia stinks compared to other places but in general no hexes even clear is above 10 in supply.

This happened between moves and is only a problem for Russia.

We are using 1.1

Just found a starving hex in AH north of Scutari (Serbia) - 6%. Never mention this before 1.10. Seems that supply routines has been changed.

Supply in all other hexes than clear is lower and at some points hit rock bottom. Just look at the desert hexes and cry [:'(]

The problem in the mentioned PBEM save game is not generic i.e. if i start a new game it's not going to be a problem. But having invested substantial time in that game we would hate to abandon it.

Although this is a few days old (I was gone for the past week) let me know if you're still having this problem and if so send me a save and I will see what the problem is.
