I've been able to recreate this, if the British purchase a new HQ in Strategic turn 1 Smith-Dorien shows up in the reinforcement queue. If you close down the build and open it again he is gone and your HQ points are spent. Maybe he is placed somewhere on the map but he is nowhere to be seen. I'm in the 2nd strategic turn of a PBEm and the same thing happened, purchase D-S and he never shows up but the HQ points are gone. Any ideas?

Figured out what is going on here in case anyone else runs into this problem. This onloy occurs if you purchase the HQ, leave the build menu and them come back to it in the same turn. The HQ is gone but not placed. I'm OK as long as I wait for the HQ to show up on London, which may require a clickj on the British isles.
