Cant get anyone past sargent (master or First class, something like that). Got alot of sargents, got bee armor, plasma guns etc. Even got one soldier up above 1000 xp, but still no promotions. Since I dont have enough str on alot of these guys, no plasma guns. Was hoping to pop up str with next promotion, but not happening.

How do I get past sargent?

No replies?  [&:].  Someone must have gotten a guy higher then Staff Sargent.  Is it based on time played, xp, amount of troops.  Very fustrating not being able to get to 54 str with most of my guys.  Thanks,

You really need 70 strength to use decent armor. One armor type even takes 90.
