Game will not launch

I've installed the game on a Windows Vista Ultimate Machine, and the game simply will not launch. There is little support that I have seen for this. I tried changing the compatibility to NT5.0, however this gives no results.

In Vista had to set the shortcut to launch:
1. Run compatible XP SP2
2. Run as Admin
3. Disable visual themes
Then it finally worked for me AND didnt crash during movies or missions.

I am running on vista ultimate without problems or having to set compatibility.
Note: I had trouble installing the game though. I stuck the DVD into the drive and had to wait about 10-20 minutes for my computer to scan the entire 2GB installer before it finally popped up asking if I wanted to install. During that time the computer did not look like it was doing anything though the little light was on the dvd player. If you are having that symptom then just give it time.
