One hex side prevented ships entering Konan, Chosen (that is, Hungnam, North Korea). It is corrected in this release. It is not clear if this issue is also in Level 5 or 6. IF it is, they will also get updates. There are NO other changes.

A pwhex file may be changed during an ongoing game with no problems.

Both Level 5 and 6 pwhex file sets did not have the Konan problem. In fact, neither did the Panama variant of Level 7.
It was a single instance - possibly an editor type error. Since Level 7 IS Level 6 with changes - and Konan was not changed - it is hard to explain otherwise.
