When you export a scen using witpload on the a/c file (witpairxxx) what are columns S & T for (_sym & _cost) & their effects?

No effect, and no actual use.
Items that don't seem to have use in game (as far as I could figure out) have a _ before their name

This game system has a lot of hooks. They may be for future use. The system apparently has provision for use with a modern, NATO era war.
