Making a scenario after WWII

In which program can I make scenarios in the early fifties? I found that i can change the date in the OOB editor but I see no troops available.

availability depends on dates in platoonXX.oob files
but you are not restricted to this dates
Just set in Org Editor date for May 1945, create desired organisation and save (or you can then change date to early fifties and save, already created units stay in your org). You can use this org in editor for scenarios in the early fifties.

I am presently updating the order of battles so there are troops right from 1930 to 1953. Some will be included in 1.03, the remainder in 1.04.
