My first impressions of the Game

At first, I was a bit "out there" concerning the fact that you chose brigades as a "unit of action"; I want my beloved 1st Maryland Volunteer Infantry!
You can't have the civil war without 1st [insert state name] here!
But after playing my first detailed battle (a nice 60,000 men total one) somewhere in Fredericksburg, I can see why you went with Brigades; to keep the scale in the Detailed Battles more manageable, as well as army management.
The little animations in the detailed battle are simply awesome. Who did the artwork; this is the best I've seen since the glory days of 320x200 MS-DOS VGA. You could actually split off the Detailed battles and with a bit of work sell them as a separate game.

One little thing; tho, what scale are the hexes?
