Inspired by an older mod which is no longer available; here's a secretary of war mod.

ok so I assume that both of the secretaries will show up no matter which side your playing? Too bad you can't split them up so that if your playing the CSA only the secretary for the South shows up or the other way around. Cheers.

Uhm, no; that graphic is just to show you what the different options are, before you download the mod.
You have two choices for each Side's Advisor:
The Full 1860s Picture
Their 1860 Picture with a flag background.

Updated it to fix a transparency problem.
