problem with landing

I want my troops land at north africa or west europe and i coudnt. I dont why.
Make sure it's not winter to land in W. Europe (W. France I guess). Pay attention to the landing capacity of your transports 30/4 the important number here is 4, you would need to transports by the landing region for one unit different than armour or 3 transports if you plan to land an armoured unit.
In AWD rules changed and you would need a whole transport chain of _/8 that is two transports in each sea region from the boarding region to the landing one.
