Pitchers not resting on open dates?

I am running 1.68 beta with fictional players. I don't think pitchers are resting properly on open dates. After pitching 7 innings on June 30, my starting pitcher was Completely Exhausted (10%). Following a 5-day All-Star break, he was still at 10%, but all my other players, including pitchers, were Feeling Great--with the exception of the two relievers who also pitched in that game, who were at 80% and 83%. Shouldn't 5 open dates be enough time to rest up to 100%? I think this issue has been around for a while and was not introduced with the 1.68 update.

Actually was fixed for a while but crept back in for another reason. I fixed it and tested it this morning so, you'll see the fix in the next patch.

Uh-oh. Guess I'd better put my association on hold, then. I already have 2 pitchers on the DL, so if recovery rates have gotten buggered (again), the results could be disastrous. [X(]

Its only in situations where there are consecutive off days (all star break for example)

Shaun,
These patches are cummulative, correct? If I install v1.68, I won't have to worry about any of the others. Is that a correct statement?

Yes all patches are cumulative.
