This update is necessitated by a few things we have learned:

In Level 6 (and possibly in Level 5) we must move the location of Exmouth. While it will work in the present sets, when you use the revised pwhex files, it must move- to be on the coast.

In all Levels the J7W1 has the wrong number of engines. Air units using it also have the wrong data.

In all Levels, two RTAF recon units have the wrong upgrade aircraft assigned.

In Levels 5 and 6, an Australian HQ needs to move to Brisbane - and players cannot move it.

We may have better ROC data for aircraft - and I must review that data to see if this may be the case.
I also need to insure the Buffalo is working as it should be?

I intend to do a Level 5 pwhex set, then review the aircraft. All the other changes are already folded into all scenarios at all levels. At the same time, I will address any other issues that are reported.

ETA about two days.

Regina (CANADA) was not functioning very well. My implementation of a suggestion to make Allied supplies of all sorts "grow" was faulty. I have now got this location working - and it will be part of x.78. It is already implemented and in third stage validation testing. After reviewing some planes - I will release x.78 - not waiting for Level 5 pwhex to come first.

I also have been given some eratta detected by utilities - and it will all be reviewed. Thankfully (and due no doubt to a lot of work in the past) the list is mercifully short. Most of the erratta generated by these reports are duplicated leaders - and none are used by a large number of units.)

EDIT: To release tomorrow (Thursday). Regina is stable at about 60,000 supply points - so it will now be a functional supply source.

Bethel Alaska has been added - as a airport/seaport of some significant potential - with modest production of fish and resources. 3rd Battalion of the Alaska Territorial Guard is moved here (from Nome) because it really formed up at Bethel (but not until 1943). The Alaska National Guard has been programmed to move to California - which it did - if under AI control.

Kendari has to be in its original location for Level 5 - due to art differences between 5 and 6 - so it is "moved back" to where it was. When the Level 5 pwhex files are released, you will not be able to approach it from the wrong direction, however.

Exmouth is in a different location in Level 5 than for Level 6 - again due to art differences - although nominally 5 and 6 should be the same except for the shipping tracks.

A number of minor changes mean that the economic utilities need to be updated (and they have been) - so they will release with the data file sets for x.78 level. The new x.771 plus pwhex files for Levels 6 and 7 will work with x.78, but I must key in a x.78 pwhex file set for Level 5 - and that is next (Friday?).

RHS scenario sets 6.78 and 7.78 comprehensive, which require already issued pwhex 6.797 and 7.797 respectively, are uploading and will post in due course. They correspond to a new economic utility set 6.78 and 7.78.

RHS Scenario set 5.78 is done, but requires an unissued pwhex set 5.797 - they will upload together - tomorrow.
