Neutral Site Games

Hi guys,
I don't know if this was covered in any previous wishlist posts, but a minor addition would be a neutral site option for league games (such as a Grey Cup or other league championship game).
Additionally, when the financial elements are brought into the game, an owner(s) could bid to host the game to boost revenues (a la the CFL, where teams losing money were able to cut losses by hosting such a game).
Also, is there envisioned an all-star platform (either a user controlled team or championship team vs. the Rest of the League (i.e. Edmonton vs. the CFL All-Stars, such as the CFL used to do way back) or a Pro Bowl type of conference all-star match?
