double base mission

hello
i have to free one of my own bases from the aliens. The problem is now, that i have to do it two times. I first free my base, i get the screen with the mission results (With grade Excellent of course
and after this screen, the mission starts again with the message, that i have arrived at the target destination and i have to do the same thing again. Is this like it was inteded?
I have the newest patch and bman mod 3.18.
