"Release Titan" command

Hey all - I'm doing up a new campaign for TOS - i've finished the first 3 missions. Took awhile as I had to relearn the editor and the events [:)]

Quick question for anyone who remembers - what does the event "Release Titan" do? Does this take a Titan off its patrol route?

Hey Michael.
The "release titan" event trigger (permanently) releases a titan set to stand ground. It's an area event, and you can set a delay time too.
Release flags will make the titan temporarily leave its set behavior, and then return to it when the release condition is no longer valid.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Thorgrim.
Follow up questions then would be - what are the release conditions? Just using the command only allows me to set text, sound, trigger, delay, hex and deactivate option (and number of times) - but no "conditions" which could then become false for the Titan to return to its original behaviour.
Or by "release flags" are you referring to the par1/par2/par3 values when converted? If so, can u remind me what they do for this command? I am still looking for that doc that we got during the testing of the last patch which outlined all those par(s). I know it's on my hard drive... somewhere... [:D]

Or are you saying - If I set a Field event for Team 2 that if they enter the trigger hex, Team A titan is "released", once the Titan in the trigger hex moves... does the Team A titan return to stand ground?

Also - just to confirm - it won't work for any other patrol settings? Just "stand ground"?

Thanks again!

Hoping to wrap up this campaign soon.

Notice that events and titan behaviour are 2 different things. The release conditions are for behaviours, and they're set with Pars - release is for both patrol and stand ground.
